How do you delete a rule collection

I was playing around and now have

How do I delete such a collection, especially as I've duplicated it and there are no rules either in it.

Looks like deletion is only available when the rule collection has been added to a model. There should probably be a separate rule management tab where you can have an overview of all the collections. Flagging this as enhancement.
