Updating Fiskmo customized MT engines takes time

Sorry to always post on the negative things but obviously, I need to sort them out
After doing a translation job, I need of course to update the customized MT engine.

The problem is that this needs to be done every time and you have already told me that i cannot update a customized MT engine with just my most recently translated segments, but i need to delete the previous customized MT engine and start all over again

But as some of my TMs for particular clients are pretty large, this operation can take over an hour and I'm doing it maybe 3-5 times a week, sometimes with a TM that may only have 50 or 100 new entries, sometimes more of course

The result of all this is that my computer is spending hours on this every week (high CPU and memory usage)

Ideally, I'd like to be able to update an existing MT customized engine with just the segments that I've translated this week

I understand that you may not have a solution for this but I think it's worth me pointing out this problem.
