代码块，编辑的时候，总是会出现重复一块，类似这样：

前端编辑器使用的是vidtor，对于 即时渲染 这个编辑模式目前在选中后 会有两块区域（可编辑区和预览区），目前他们还没修复这个问题。

作者的回复是可以做的，我在他们闭源版本的思源笔记发现已经修复了，不过开源的vditor还没有修复，目前只能等了。
