Data from my SMETS meter is not accurately showing up in Home Assistant. The Bright App shows correct usage data for both electric and gas for today but in home assistant I only get sporadic data for example today is showing only day for 2am and 4am for electric and 4am only for gas. Whereas in bright app I can see data all the way up to 8am.

Same happened to yesterdays and day befores data, it was only setup 2 days ago and had never worked other than sporadic data from early hours of the day.

I would have expected updates for the full day at least everyday but I'm not.

Screenshots attached.

I'm using Home Assistant version 2023.7.3. I'm not sure what version of Hildebrand Glow (DCC) Integration in on, looking under HACS when I click on the integration it takes me to the install instructions which says v1.0.3 on the top of the page. I installed via HACS on Saturday 29th July using the Automated installation through HACS.

I'm also seeing the same behaviour.

Same here. I systematically get electricity usage at midnight, 2am and 2pm. Nothing else. Bright app shows details of usage half-hourly as expected.

Does anyone know how to sort this yet? I see there is a bug created as well as a pull request but not sure what any of it means. I was hoping for an update via HA

The problem here seems to be with the API. The data I am able to obtain via API is from roughly 1.5 ago (and before) but nothing for the last 90 or so minutes. I have worked out a patch that works for me, will polish it when I get some time & create a PR here so you can guys make use of it.

90 min sounds much better than the current situation. Please do publish a patch when you have one!

Please let us know once you've had a chance to document patch.

I have the same issue, installed the integration last night but I only seem to be getting data every 4 hours or so.

I also dont seem to be getting my gas usage either, the bright APP shows me everything perfectly and correctly.
