When i am ready on Haehnchen/idea-php-symfony2-plugin#586 Doctrine implementation is redundant here and need to be dropped.

as shopware uses @Entity annotation in corrent way there is no need for changes but rethink fallback: https://github.com/Haehnchen/idea-php-shopware-plugin/blob/master/src/de/espend/idea/shopware/symfony/ShopwareDoctrineModelProvider.java#L15
