Todo create rest service for get talks and share resources.

You should create a services to manage the global talks of the Coljs communities furthermore the routes to list talks per city, ex:

  • global talks: https://main_domain.org/api/v1/coljs/talks
  • local talks: https://main_domain.org/api/v1/coljs/talks/cali

I was reviewing the latamjs.org github repositories and they have a task seems like that. You can contribute to it here: latamjs/gt-devel#1
