TS is defined as "Time-share; the share of the total life span of the hardware reserved for use by the software", which means that TiR is the time reserved for the use of the software for the entire lifetime of the hardware, is this correct?
I am in doubt because in the published case study "eShoppen" a TiR of one hour is calculated. Is it possible that the sum of all the reserved time of use of the hardware during its lifetime (4 years in this case) is only one hour?
