Question

What is the impact level of each discovered accessibility violation (categorized by critical, serious, moderate, and minor), their frequency, and how they affect user journeys - #38 ?

Pulling out a question from Slack, "What's user journeys in this context?"

Well lets say a UX has highlighted that the 3 critical user journeys (top tasks) are:
a -> c -> x
a -> b -> r -> y
g -> n -> w -> z

Those URLs 10 URLs could be listed in a spreadsheet into a single column. 

If any of those URLs have any errors, they will be elevated immediately above any scoring. 

Practical instance: Accessibility statements feedback froms have multiple parts. One should be able to go:

Home page
Accessibility Statement (with form)
Form submission acknowledgement page

Having something like that would map to one of the 105 questions from Section508.gov

This is probably better as a "flagged URLs" so they are more flexible. Might want to highight other key pages too.
