Split deploy and SF upload in two separate commands #8

Typical case:

Run the command, takes around 8 minutes to deploy from here
One starts doing something else, does not track the upload minute by minute
Once noticed it's ready, the SF connection has timed out already

Best to have two separate commands for the maven deploy and the SF upload to avoid that
