Get latest libgmt into TravisCI #9

Without it, there is no way to run the test suite. Currently disabled and running only in my machine.

Need to figure out a way to either build GMT trunk in Travis or get it from somewhere else. conda-forge/gmt-feedstock#9 would help a lot.
