A new General Bots package format called .gbdrive is being designed, which will automatically organize and index conversations based on content organized into collections. Basically they are folders that store items. Keeping the hierarchy just one level and the folder name containing tags separated by a dash and keeping the hierarchy that way. 001 - RJ - Customer.

After search for Plan/Search in .gbkb, NLP (currently in LUIS), General Bots Reading Comprehension it will search in .gbdrive folder names for a item that matches with the user input. Simple with no additional configuration. Synonyms can be created to ease folder naming match.
