O cetale pediu para testar se fortransubroutines.so funciona sem ser compilado na máquina

Não funcionou quando compilado no python 2 (GISIS-hades) e testado no python 3 (PC-Felipe)

O arquivo *.so é gerado com nome diferente.
No teste que fiz alterei para o nome que deveria ser e mesmo assim não funcionou :shipit:

Podemos pesquisar por alguma flag para ser usada na compilação f2py que permita isso.

O cetale comentou uma vez sobre gerar um binário estático ou dinâmico. Podemos começar pesquisando por isso
