This is an Obsidian plugin for converting Bible texts to links in markdown.

Converts a Bible text to a JW Library link, directly replacing your text.

E.g.

ge 1:1

=>

[Genesis 1:1](jwlibrary:https:///finder?bible=01001001)

While processing your text, you have some extra options:

• Expand the Bible book name from abbreviation to full name.
• Automaticaly get the current line when using the command.
• Automatically open the newly generated link.

The links you generate with this plugin can be styled with the following options:

• Capitalize first character
• Add space between Bible book number and Bible book name.
• Render the link output bold and/or italic
• Add link prefix and/or suffix

This plugin converts the following languages:

• English (100%)
• Dutch (100%)
