MacOS 12.0.1 (Monterey) pinentry not focused #106

In Big Sur the pinentry dialog was focused so you could easily put in your pincode, on Monterey the dialog shows but is not focused...

Ok seems to be a "problem" with iterm2, I had secure entry enabled, and that is causing this issue...
