A bit odd- but in an rte/ckeditor option, just put a url in and if the channel settings are:
On the frontend, you end up with:
To test, make sure that in the database, the url is just in there as http:https://whatever.com. Which I can make happen on a new entry, but this case in particular raised its head after an upgrade.
I can see forcing that setting off for rte fields or I can see allowing it to vary based on setting. But I can't see outputting the unparsed bb code.
