Unserialize errors in spam

Hard to replicate, but I've seen it a few times and I don't have a good solution.

I'm guessing that something goes wrong with the serialized array- maybe even truncated. But then there's no good way to get rid of it. Aside from just manually go in and delete things from the database.

Perhaps a 'bad data' warning and ability to remove it in the cp or... something other than a php error.
