Channel Sets: Importing channel - wrong error reported in flash banner

Importing a channel to a newly created empty site (blank database, new download of EE 6.0.6, php 7.4.12) and EE reports an error... that the import will create duplicates. This is not possible, since at this point in the build there is nothing defined - no channels, no fields, no upload targets.

The issue is probably the absence of the upload destination used by one of the fields in the channel - but the error message gives no clue about this; might be better if the error message was more focused / helpful.
