Insult-of-the-Day notifications

Just like word-of-the-day or quote-of-the-day, a daily notification suggesting a random insult, for inspiration should the user need a good come-back during a verbal-duel, later in the day.

Ideally, if and when notifications are triggered, should be user-configurable.

Unfortunately not, for the foreseeable future. Beyond my skillset at present (also limited to a simple mid-range phone, currently). Else, I certainly would.

I will leave this issue open for now. Anyone who has suggestions on this and/or can do a PR is kindly encouraged to let us know.
