Feature points with a single attachment are excluded from the Tour

The application requires two attachments for each point: one for the main photo, and one scaled down for the thumbnail. If you want to build a map tour from a hosted feature layer that was field collected using ArcGIS for Collector, the user will likely only have one attachment for the asset and it becomes difficult to process the service to now include a second attachment to serve as the thumbnail.

It would be a great enhancement for the Tour to include feature points even if only a single photo attachment exists. It would just use the same attachment URL for both the main image and thumbnail.
