Harvester CKAN Broker Iterator Error for Data.gov

Hi,

I am having difficulties getting a basic harvester task to run successfully. I've tried to harvest from data.gov but getthe following error:
Error reading data from: com.esri.geoportal.harvester.ckan.CkanBroker$CkanIterator@5bf34406

I've tried with an API key and made all folder permissions read/write. I can harvest files from a UNC path, but no other harvester attempts have been successful (including ArcGIS Server Services) . Can someone point in the direction of troubleshooting tips or advice (beyond what's on the wiki)?
