Ability to see the attachments in "View Submissions" map view popup

This is an attempt to reopen issue #493 (and using the same title). That issue was marked closed, but the functionality (from "View Submissions", ability to identify a submission, info popup w link to photo, view photo) still does not yet appear to be present.

Has this perhaps been resolved "here" (in the github repository) but not yet as hosted by arcgis.com (share as app workflow)?

In the config, you can specify the web map, so having attachments show in the popup seems like a web map configuration that you would need to set on the web map you're using.
