End User Agreement

In addition to the MIT LICENSE and Code Of Conduct, developer Erriez defined this additional End User Agreement which is applicable to all users of Erriez published projects.

Export Restriction Russia

Russia started an unacceptable and unhuman WAR in Ukraine. Many companies all over the world responded and already restricted access or banned Russia to stop the WAR in Ukraine, EXCEPT GITHUB. An official statement can be found in Github Trade Controls.

Developer Erriez requested with other users to restrict Github access by Country and ban Russia without success. As a result:

Public available hardware and software projects can be unrestrictedly used by any country for millitairy goals as Github did not take any action.

Terms And Conditions

Before using Erriez projects, the end user shall agree with the following terms and conditions:

  1. Russia citizen are not allowed to clone, distribute or use Erriez projects.
  2. Github users with location Russia shall not report issues or open pull-requests.
  3. If you as end user do not accept the terms and conditions listed in points 1 and 2, you are not allowed to use Erriez projects and shall delete Erriez project.

Please stop the WAR in Ukraine 🇺🇦 NOW!
