None of the urls in corpora.py are live #909

Websites "the-eye" and "eaidata" mentioned in corpora.py are both down. Is there any other way to download component datasets from the pile?

There are no permanent mirrors hosting the pile or component datasets to my knowledge. The eye is unstable but looks like it's back up now.
