I have the same problems
When I try to rename a file, an error message opens:
"Failed to rename file: Error: File already exists: Filme/"
The problem is that I have no file name like this.

Can you try refreshing and see if it exists?

I don't work even after refresh but I delete the files few minutes after and wait 24 hours, then I was able to recreate a new one with the right name. I can't elaborated more because I don't arrive to reproduce the bug sorry.
