What problem does this feature solve

现在报错提示默认是挂载到body上的，一但form所在的界面出现滚动条或者界面中有折叠的dom就会出现提示位置显示错位的情况。原策略中有一个滚动之后会触发然后重新计算位置。但是存在form界面中有展开/收起(插入/删除dom)的场景。
