Key triggered twice on Home Button custom mapping to letter

Describe the bug
When i assign a custom character to the Home Button, the character gets triggered twice each time pressing the button down. Tested on Unreal 4.25 as Character pressed down trigger. Windows 10.

Expected behavior
The character should only be triggered once, which it does on the Capture button for example.
