ok so I've been using betterjoy for like a month and it's been pretty good. I only use it to play genshin impact and honkai star rail with my switch pro controller, since the game won't let you use them normally. but since genshin's last update it doesn't work anymore and I don't know what to do. the issue is that the game won't register the vertical movement of the L stick. I thought that maybe this is because it detects the controller as a ps4 controller instead of an xbox one and somehow that messes up things (?
any help?

I have the same problem and its so annoying. So use a USB to actually connect so that Genshin can recognise the Switch. I hope this helps you! :)
