can I use it to put together an animation command line?

i provide a mouth set to rhubarb and it does it, or is there some other program together with rhubarb that you can do this. I'm looking for it to be a talking head at the lower right side of a video, sort of like a mug shot.

that is the girl. Now cut up the small faces and feed it to rhubarb labeled with the correct sound as the filename. Is this possible cli with rhubarb alone or some other command line enabled program?
