Describe the problem below this line as meticulously and detailed as possible (incl. pagelinks if any)

Hello
According to the report of one of the users of our project, it seems that .sbs domains have been included in your list recently.
Because of this, our project (https://github.com/moa-engine/MOA/), which is a privacy-based search engine, is in trouble.
Its domain is moae.sbs. I request you to exclude this item to fix the problem.
Thanks

Thanks for the heads-up. Essentially, there was a while around 2021-22 where it was somewhat popular among the list's contributors to use what I think was URLhaus, to look for TLDs that had very poor reputations. As the years went on, only around 3 of the initial 11 still have fair reasons to be present (and even then I've received some flak for .top), and I'll see to which extent it's feasible to substantially modify my list to meet the general demands of 2024.
