Is your disk full or have permission issues such that curl cannot temporarily write to disk?

The issue was that curl did not have permission to write to disk. It worked when I ran the neovim in sudo mode.
Is there any work around to get curl to work without running neovim in sudo mode?

Same issue happens in Termux. It's really odd. It worked one month ago for another device which installed Termux.
