The user should be able to send a list of variables that she wants to record. Eg. weights, dopamine related variables, optogenetic inputs to the nuclei etc.

Added a new function to postprocessing_helpers.py - "extract_recording_variables" , which returns a dataframe with recorded weights of the corticostriatal projections (Cx->D1, Cx->D2)

Optogenetic input can also be recorded now.
