Use custom Maven repository

Due to the fact, that the current implementation of the repository (plain files) is not ideal, we should look to switch to the GitHub package registry (https://github.com/features/package-registry)

Our organization is signed up for the registry and can use it to its full potential.

The GitHub Package Registry just isn't up to task with proper deployments.
