I think for this kind of repo, it is rather useful to provide an example.pdf to show how the template looks like.

Hi @xuedong,
Thanks for the suggestion, it's indeed good for a template repo to make an example available :)
It is usually not good practice to make binary files available, but this example.pdf is not supposed to change much.
