Currently we are using python-cephlibs which is now deprecated.

If I remember right the bindings were automatically were being installed on cantos, but not on ubuntu. I think I commented on it in some issue.

So ceph-common does install python-rbd and python-rados (like sourabh said here at least on centos). So we can just get rid of installing python-ceph libs from the ansible playbook.
