We got a problem with recent version of BootstrapSwitch: the initalizing time has increased by a lot.

The negative impact of bootstrapSwitch on performance is so high that we consider alternatives, whereas bootstrapSwitch perfectly suits our need.

I urge the dev team, or anyone within the community, to provide either a fix, either a workaround.

Thanks in advance for your help

I'm seeing the same exact performance issues when loading around 40 switches on the same page (it's a configuration page and I'm forced to put them all in just one page...). It's a pity cause the visual effect is really nice and we wouldn't want to switch to another control...

Ditto. Just sitting there it thrashes like crazy. Looks like timers are continually firing.
