An edge case for Chilean anchovy where a certain performance metric CBAcon is only relevant for some management procedures. The scores in the zigzag and rail plots should exclude CBAcon. Otherwise no score is returned for MPs for which CBAcon is NA.

PMs that are not applicable to all MPs are arguably not PMs but rather diagnostics of particular MPs

Just filter out PMs with NAs
