3DS Checkpoint App not showing all games even when refreshed/opened again

Hi, I have been playing pokemon and wanted to backup my File. I opened the checkpoint app and waited for all the games to load. I have many games on my modded 3ds and after a bit it stop loading (2 Pages) and Pokemon Diamond was not there. I opened pokemon again and refreshed checkpoint by holding B and checked extdata but it still not there. I have no idea why it is not working and I just want it to work. Thanks :)

Guessing this program is in the process of a major rewrite or its completely dead for 3ds

probably not the same issue but i have about 280 games and checkpoint only loads half of them. all digital. only way to get them to load in is by being recently modified
