Feature Request: Publish 3DS version to Universal-DB

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Downloading and especially updating is a bit inconvenient because users have to watch this repository for updates and it involves more effort from the user than the proposed solution.

Describe the solution you'd like
Publish the 3DS version to Universal-DB for easy installation and updates. This way users only need to watch one place for updates to all their homebrew.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An integrated updater as requested in issue #106. This would involve more work on your/the devs side and imo still not be as convenient as publishing to Universal-DB. This would also work for older versions too.
