Feature Request: Allow checkpoint to backup homebrew apps and roms outside of those installed

Simple the checkpoint app only reads games that are installed in the console and cartridges, but it doesnt seem to read homebrew apps or at least roms. i mostly want the app to be able to backup rooms that i've used with NTR forwarder which creates a saves folder close to were the roms are being used
