3DS controls need repeat delay #474

Describe the bug
On the 3DS (untested on other systems), the directional button presses need to be released very quickly, or Checkpoint will skip over one or more titles rapidly. This is likely due to a very low (or no) repeat delay between the first action from a button press and repeated actions.

To Reproduce

  1. Open Checkpoint
  2. Press any directional button

Expected behavior
Key-press repetition should work the same way it does on every polished OS in existence. Try pressing and holding any keyboard key on Windows, Mac, or Linux, or on any game console modern enough to have a GUI. Notice the first action is taken, followed by a delay of a few hundred milliseconds, followed by the action being repeated quickly until the key is released.

3DS:

  • Entrypoint: b9s
  • System version: 11.16.0-49U
  • Checkpoint version: 3.7.4
