Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When cheats are written to file, it is put in the cheats directory in the root folder.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like an option to save it in /luma/titles/[title id]/cheats.txt so that they show up on the Rosalina menu.

Describe alternatives you've considered
As it is I need to move and rename the file to activate the cheats.
