When the cheats.json isn't present the switch crash and you need to restart.
The file cheats.json isn't included by default in the Checkpoint release when the file isn't present the switch crashes without you knowing why

Describe the solution you'd like
Just a small check if the file cheat.json exist and if not then show a alert and abort the cheat menu.

Describe alternatives you've considered
the download of a precompiled cheat.json if a connection on internet exist.
