When I mention "get me an Uber from A to B" it should order Uber

Add a new plugin to order an Uber

* **New Plugin**: Add `plugins/example/order_uber.py` to handle Uber API integration, including functions to listen for specific phrases, order an Uber, and return the status of the order.
* **Main Application**: Modify `plugins/example/main.py` to import and include the new Uber plugin router.
* **Environment Variables**: Update `plugins/example/.env.template` to include `UBER_CLIENT_ID`, `UBER_CLIENT_SECRET`, `UBER_SERVER_TOKEN`, and `UBER_API_KEY` for Uber API integration.
* **Documentation**: Add `plugins/example/order_uber/README.md` to explain the setup and usage of the Uber plugin.
