Personalization variables from the editor

Description

As a user of LePatron,
I want to be able to insert the customization variables available from my ESP without typing them,
so that I can personalize my content and avoid typing errors.

Rules

1. An entry page for group admins in the backoffice

• table with: label (e.g. First name) and variable (e.g. {$firstName})

2. A new entry in the builder's edit bar: Variables

• a select displaying existing labels
• on selection, the variable is displayed in the active content field

Acceptance criteria

1. group admins can enter customization variables
2. regular users can access variables from the builder toolbar
