Describe the bug
When selecting the unit composition of 18 Troopers and 2 Watchmasters, validation throws an error that only 1 Watchmaster is allowed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create an Astra Militarum force
  2. Add a Death Korps of Krieg battleline unit
  3. Select 18 Troopers and 2 Watchmasters composition
  4. Observe validation error

Expected behavior
Two watch masters is valid in this composition
