Describe the bug
Tesseract Vault is labelled as legends when it shouldn't be

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to List building on New Recruit
Add a tesseract vault to your list
Observe tesseract vault is considered legends (it's not)

Expected behavior
Tesseract vault is not legends

OS: Android / Windows
App being used to create lists: New Recruit
Data release version Latest
