Update Early Years page in Confluence, Support space

In the Support Confluence space, the Early Years page contains some outdated documentation (e.g., account activation keys). This is something we'd like to update during this sprint:

I have updated this Confluence page by removing/editing the outdated information. Moving this to Validating... @paulagaube would you mind taking a look?

@kkilbey I think we will need to revisit this after Cert and Prod have been synchronized, and we may have to wait until after the sprint, or the next sprint to complete this task.
