This issue assumes that the issue #28 has been successfully merged into main!

Currently the "tensile_beam" and "cantilever_beam" have each implemented their own boundary conditions.
It would be good to use these as example/test case to use Philipps boundary functions.
Both setups have working tests, so it should be simple to verify that nothing breaks.
