kubelogin convert-kubeconfig --kubeconfig deletes default kubeconfig #149

When kubelogin convert-kubeconfig is run with the --kubeconfig parameter then it deletes all entries in the default kubeconfig in ~/.kube/config.

what version of kubelogin do you use?

I also tested it with the latest version. I managed to fix it and opened a PR for it.
