Bicep CLI version 0.6.18 (46dd19e)

Describe the bug
On running az bicep decompile --file main.json, it shows 'Decompilation failed with fatal error "[1:1]: Unable to find a template property named $schema."'

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Run az bicep decompile --file main.json with this file https://github.com/lipalath-ms/bicep/blob/main/main.json
